What if the venue's wifi dies?
The booth runs offline. Messages save to the device as guests record them. You download or share them when you're back online. We've never lost a message to a dropped network.
How many guests can leave a message?
There's no hard cap. A typical wedding produces 80–200 messages across the night, depending on how chatty the guest list is and how the booth is positioned.
What if someone records something inappropriate?
Every message is reviewable in the operator dashboard the morning after. You can hide or delete anything before sharing the gallery with the couple.
What do guests actually see?
A tablet at the booth with a single big button: leave a voice message, record a quick video, or draw a portrait. No accounts, no login, no app to install. Tap, record, done.
How fast do you turn around the files?
Raw files are available the morning after the event. A polished highlight reel — if you've added that — is delivered within 72 hours.
Can guests record after the event?
Not in the current version. The booth captures live at the event. Post-event additions are on the roadmap — anniversaries, milestones, late-arriving family.
